Panchathantiram (2002)
Panchathantiram (Tamil: பஞ்சதந்திரம்) is a 2002 Tamil language film directed by K. S. Ravikumar, and starring Kamal Haasan and Simran Bagga in the lead roles of the protagonists. It is a hit comedy film. Even though to a lesser degree to Kamal Haasan-K. S. Ravikumar’s earlier combinations (Thenali and Avvai Shanmughi). In the film he portrays the role of carefree easy going a pilot. The fun and chaos starts when his four old buddies played by Jayaram, Ramesh Aravind, Sriman and Yugi Sethu attends the wedding reception.This film is loosely inspired from the 1998 English flick Very Bad Things.

Vikram (Tamil: விக்ரம்) is a 1986 Tamil-language Indian feature film directed by Rajasekhar, starring Kamal Hassan, Ambika, Dimple Kapadia, Lizy, Sathyaraj, Charuhasan, Janagaraj and Amjad Khan. Vikram is the first Tamil film which crossed the budget of 1 crore. Kamal had lip locks with all the three heroines, Ambika, Dimple Kapdaia and Lizy. The film resembled high tech James Bond movies.

Naanum Oru Thozhilali (1986)
The film was launched by C. V. Sridhar in 1980 as a Cinemascope venture and was then titled as Sakthi. Sridhar collaborated with Kamal Haasan after the success of the 1978 film Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu, which had also featured Rajinikanth. The film was meant to be the first film which featured Kamal Haasan and Ambika as a lead pair and stills were released featuring Ambika in a swimsuit. The film got delayed and was put on the back burner, before it re-emerged in 1986 under the title of Meendum Suryodayam and shooting progressed. It was planned for an April 1986 release, which got postponed to May 1 of 1986. There was a local authority election in March 1986 and the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam won seats. Uyarndha Ullam (1985)
Anand(Kamal Haasan) is a spoilt young man whose parents have died leaving behind a huge inheritance. He spends all his waking hours boozing and gambling with his buddies. One such night, he ends up in a brawl with some rowdies, but a stranger Selvam(Radharavi) comes to his rescue. Selvam beats up the rowdies and takes Anand back to his bungalow. A drunk Anand forces Selvam to spend the night in his house. However, the next day, he has no recollection of the previous night’s events. His servant Mani(Janagaraj) and accountant Nagapillai(V. K. Ramasamy) come to Selvam’s aid. In appreciation, Anand appoints Selvam as his Personal Assistant.
