Family’s Form
39-year-old Nagasato Daisuke is a bachelor who works for a stationery manufacturer. Although he is attuned to trends and interacts with other people flawlessly, he hates being hurt by love. Daisuke is not disatissified with living alone. On the day he moves to his new apartment, he meets his neighbour Hanako for the first time due to an unpleasant situation. 32-year-old Kumagai Hanako is a divorced office lady. She has the clear intention not to remarry and is already preparing for old age. For some reason, Daisuke and Hanako keep quarreling right from the time they meet. But the two of them actually have many similarities. One day, Daisuke’s father Yozo suddenly visits for the first time in five years. He had secretly remarried in this time and has a step-son in tow. Meanwhile Hanako’s mother Ritsuko starts living separately from her husband and comes to live with her beloved daughter without consulting her. Daisuke and Hanako’s lives as swinging singles get disrupted because of parents who have no hesitation about enjoying their own lives.

Doku
This is a sweet love story between 29-yr-old Yuki and 20 yr-old Doku. The story begins when Yuki, an ordinary OL, traveled to Vietnam and was rescued by a quiet young man, Doku. After she returned to Japan, she quit her job and decided to become an Japanese teacher. On the first day of her class, she was surprised to find out that Doku was also in her class!! Since it was the first day (and first time) of her teaching, she was too nervous and was laughed at by the students. As she started to cry in front of the class, Doku stood up and walked toward her, smiling and telling her, “Please show us your courage!!”

Hiratsuka Heihachi is loud and impolite, but always smiles. He is a strange detective. Unlike Hiratsuka, Saionji Kosuke is the heir of a wealthy family. Unfortunately, his job is to watch over Hiratsuka Heihachi. Up to this point, Hiratsuka Heihachi has been the sole member of his team, but he manages to solve all of his cases one by one. Smoking Gun
Private forensic researcher Nagareda Enishi (Katori Shingo) is usually very sluggish as well as sloppy, and always aloof. However, his entire demeanour changes once he is at a scene and his skills as a forensic researcher are topnotch. He stands up for the disadvantaged by using science and technology to uncover conclusive evidence and solve trivial civil cases which the police will not handle such as adultery, molest and stalking. Enishi used to be a member of the Research Institute of Forensic Science and was called an ace, but he now belongs to Chiyoda Forensic Science Institute due to some incident.

SMAP×SMAP
SMAP×SMAP was an ongoing weekly Japanese variety show on Kansai TV and Fuji TV starring the members of SMAP. The show began on April 15, 1996 and it aired from 22:00 to 22:54 every Monday. The show’s usual ratings were higher than 20%, which is considered high since most variety shows range from 10-20%.
Each episode begins a variety of skits, comedic performances, and/or games. These are followed by Bistro SMAP, in which the SMAP members compete against each other to impress celebrity judges with their gourmet cooking. Last is a musical performance by SMAP which may include celebrity guests, as well.

Peep Time
Toneri Shinichi is a young man living in a condominium in Saitama. He’s someone that fails at everything he does. Whenever he gets a new job, he gets quickly fired. On the other hand, Kashiya Jiro is the resident in the room next to Shinichi’s. He suddenly discovers a hole in the wall which he can use to see Shinichi. He uses it to watch Shinichi in secret. One day, his daughter Akane also discovers the hole and the situation rapidly changes.

Journey to the West
Saiyūki is a 2006 Japanese historical TV drama based on the 16th Century Chinese novel Journey to the West. It is a successor to the popular 1970s TV show Saiyūki, known outside Japan as Monkey. There have been three dramas and one special based on Journey to the West that have aired previously, making this one the fifth adaptation in Japan.
