Veritas: The Quest
$28.00Veritas: The Quest is a television program that aired in 2003. It follows a rebellious but intelligent teenager, Nikko Zond, discovering that his father Solomon’s profession is much more mystical and adventurous than he previously thought. Solomon and his team search for the answers to some of the world’s mysteries, a quest began because of the mysterious disappearance of Nikko’s mother during an archaeological dig. Thus begins Nikko’s fantastical journey into an Indiana Jones-style adventure with his father and his colleagues in trying to follow in his mother’s footsteps to discover what strange secrets she was uncovering. The series was cancelled in the United States by ABC with only four episodes being aired. Thirteen episodes were broadcast on Sci Fi Channel in the United Kingdom, on Rai 2 and Rai 4 in Italy, Sony Entertainment Television of Spain.
This was the first program where Cobie Smulders had a series regular role, and notable guest stars included Liz Vassey, Carlo Rota, Roger Rees, and Eli Wallach.

Hawaii

Originally titled Pearl City, this police drama was produced with the series Hawaii Five-O in mind, and debuted on August 31, 2004. Written by Executive Producer Jeff Eastin, the series revolves around a fictional elite crime unit of the Honolulu Police Department headed by veteran detective and local legend Sean Harrison and John Declan, a former Chicago Police Department detective transferred to the state of Hawaii for his talents.
The series was written by Jeff Eastin, Chris Black, Reid Steiner, Wendy West, Eric Haywood, and Travis Romero.
The series is considered one of the most ambitious projects in the history of the Hawaii State Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism’s Hawaii Film Office, desperate to repeat the economic prosperity once gained and driven by the CBS television series such as Hawaii Five-O and Magnum, P.I. for the state’s tourism industry.
The series was canceled in October 2004. Although eight episodes were filmed, only seven actually aired.

Haven

The show, which deals with strange events in a fictional town in Maine named Haven, is filmed on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, Canada, and is an American/Canadian co-production. It stars Emily Rose, Lucas Bryant, and Eric Balfour, whose characters struggle to help townspeople with supernatural afflictions and protect the town from the effects of those afflictions. The show is the creation of writers Jim Dunn and Sam Ernst.
The one-hour drama premiered on July 9, 2010, on Syfy. The series was the first property to be produced for Syfy Pay channels around the globe, excluding Canada and Scandinavia. On October 12, 2011, it was renewed for a third 13-episode season, which began airing on September 21, 2012. On November 9, 2012, it was renewed for a fourth 13-episode season.

Sex, Love & Secrets
$16.00Sex, Love & Secrets is a television series that aired on UPN from September 27 to October 18, 2005. The show was created by Michael Gans and Richard Register. The program was announced as Sex, Lies and Secrets when UPN released the Fall schedule, but the title was changed two months later to replace Lies with Love.
Sex, Love & Secrets aired in the timeslot that belonged to Veronica Mars during the 2004–2005 television season; 9–10 p.m. on Tuesday nights. Unlike Veronica Mars, which had minor promotion and great reviews during its first season, Sex, Love & Secrets had neither advertising nor positive reviews behind it. As a result, when the show premiered on September 27, 2005, it garnered an embarrassing 1.2/2 rating. Next week the show improved slightly to a 1.5/2. At that point UPN pulled the show from production. UPN kept the show on for two more weeks, with it averaging a 1.3/2 in those two weeks. With six episodes left unaired, UPN took the show off its schedule entirely.
The show ended up rated 155th out of 156 shows in the 2005–2006 television season, barely outranking its timeslot replacement before Veronica Mars was shifted back to Tuesday nights for the rest of the season, Get This Party Started. The unaired episodes eventually aired during a two-year syndication run over the HD-exclusive Universal HD cable channel.

Conviction
$28.00Conviction is an American television drama on NBC that debuted as a mid-season replacement on Friday, March 3, 2006. The cast includes Stephanie March reprising her Law & Order: Special Victims Unit role as Alexandra Cabot. In the series, Cabot returns to New York City and becomes a Bureau Chief ADA supervising a group of young but talented assistant district attorneys after a stint in the Witness Protection Program. Other cast members include Eric Balfour, Anson Mount, Jordan Bridges, Julianne Nicholson, Milena Govich, and J. August Richards.
Prior to the show’s debut, creator Dick Wolf remarked, “Conviction will be a ‘charactercedural’, we will be dealing extensively with characters’ back stories and personal lives. I am delighted with the extraordinary cast we have assembled, which will give the show depth and emotional intensity.”
Conviction’s premiere came precisely one year after the premiere of the short-lived Law & Order: Trial by Jury, which was also created by Dick Wolf and also aired on NBC. On February 21, 2006, the pilot episode of Conviction was made available for free download through iTunes music store; the free download was available until March 3, the date of the NBC premiere. The pilot and all other aired episodes are now available for purchase.
