Slamboree 1995 took place on May 21, 1995 from the Bayfront Arena in St. Petersburg, Florida. The WCW Hall of Fame inductions for this year were Wahoo McDaniel, Angelo Poffo (Randy Savage’s father), Terry Funk, Antonio Inoki, Dusty Rhodes, Gordon Solie, and Big John Studd. The main event was Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage versus Ric Flair & Vader. Also on the card was Sting vs Big Bubba Rogers in a Lights Out match, Meng vs Road Warrior Hawk, Arn Anderson defending the WCW World TV Championship against Alex Wright, The Great Muta defending the IWGP Heavyweight Championship against Paul Orndorff, Wahoo McDaniel vs Dick Murdoch, Kevin Sullivan vs The Man With No Name, and Harlem Heat defending the WCW World Tag Team Championships against The Nasty Boys.

WCW SuperBrawl VI (1996)
SuperBrawl VI took place on February 11, 1996 from the Bayfront Arena in St. Petersburg, Florida. This event marked Brian Pillman’s final match in WCW; in his “I Respect You” Strap Match against The Taskmaster, Pillman shouted “I respect you, bookerman!,” breaking kayfabe, before leaving the ring. The main event was a Steel Cage match between Hulk Hogan and The Giant with a secondary main event of Randy Savage defending the WCW World Heavyweight Championship in a Steel Cage against Ric Flair. The WCW World Tag Team Championship was defended twice that evening, with the champions going into the event being Sting and Lex Luger.

Also heavily promoted was a match between Goldberg and Kevin Nash. Other matches included Booker T versus Scott Steiner for the vacant WCW United States Heavyweight Championship, Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko vs Raven & Saturn, Rey Mysterio, Jr. defending the WCW Cruiserweight Championship against Billy Kidman, Konnan vs Disco Inferno, Mikey Whipwreck vs Scotty Riggs, Hak vs Bam Bam Bigelow in a Hardcore match, and Juventud Guerrera vs Blitzkrieg.

WWE WrestleMania VIII (1992)
WrestleMania VIII was the eighth annual WrestleMania. It took place on April 5, 1992 at the Hoosier Dome in Indianapolis, Indiana. The only WrestleMania officially recognized by WWE.com to have featured more than one headlining match, its card included two equally-promoted main events. In the first, WWF Champion Ric Flair defended his title against Randy Savage, and in the second, Hulk Hogan faced Sid Justice. As a consequence of the double main event, WrestleMania VIII carried two taglines: “The Macho/Flair Affair!” and “Friendship Torn Apart!” Notable matches on the undercard included WWF Intercontinental Champion Roddy Piper defending against Bret Hart, and WWF Tag Team Champions Money Inc. defending against The Natural Disasters.
